The fall sports season begins on the first day of school (August 28)! Here is the important information you need:

• Offerings: Boys & Girls Soccer (grades 7 & 8), Boys & Girls Cross Country (grades 5-8), Girls Field Hockey (grades 7 & 8).

  • Tryouts for all teams except for cross country will be held directly after school until 5 p.m.
  • Cross country will begin during the second week of school. More details to come.

• Coaches will communicate specific details with registered athletes through FinalForms prior to tryouts/first practices.

• Register through Final Forms.  Instructions for Final Forms can be found here, and a Parent Playbook will also be helpful in taking care of any questions that might come up. Students must be completely registered before they are eligible to participate!

• BMS Schedules and other pertinent information is also available through this site: Bow High School Athletics!! 

IMPORTANT: Your student needs an up-to-date physical exam (dated within the past 2 years) uploaded to FinalForms in order to be eligible to participate on any sports team. You must also complete & sign ALL forms on FinalForms.

Parents of 5th & 6th grade students - If you are registering your student for the first time and are experiencing difficulty with the process, please create their account by marking them as a 7th grader. Afterwards, please be sure to send me an email (lcass@bownet.org) or comment below with your student’s name and I will manually adjust their grade level & help with the completion of their account.. ***If your student already has an account created, no changes to their grade level are needed, they just need to be added to the cross country roster.***

As we prepare for the 2024-2025 school year we are sending out another reminder about band signups.  First, if you have already signed your child up for band you are all set!  We are still looking for a few signups to potentially change.  We have quite a few saxophones and percussionists and are hoping 2-3 would consider changing to either clarinet or flute for their instrument of study.  If you have not signed up and are wishing to do so, please use the link below.  Please keep in mind that both saxophone and percussion are currently filled at this time (we would love a few more flutes and clarinets).  As always, please reach out to me directly with questions (mdavis@bownet.org).
